QUAD Industrial debuts
May 30, 2006 – The International Audio Group today announced the worldwide debut of its latest flagship brand, QUAD Industrial. IAG Pro Division President states that QUAD Industrial launches with over 60 unique products aimed directly at the installed sound marketplace worldwide. “Our line includes speaker products in all of the core product segments of installed sound, including ceiling speakers, wall mounted speakers, sound reinforcement speakers and power amplifiers, with more to come shortly” states the President.
A legendary brand in the audio community, with roots to its foundation in 1936, QUAD has been at the forefront of technological advances in loudspeakers. From this rich history comes the inspiration for an all-new line of products that live up to the company’s motto, “For the closest approach to the original sound”. That commitment is behind each of the new QUAD Industrial products.
All QUAD Industrial products are manufactured in the vertically integrated IAG factory outside of Shenzhen, China. Encompassing over 1 million square feet, this state of the art facility produces not only the finished products of QUAD Industrial, but each and every constituent component. This capability includes alloy castings, with in-house tooling, voice coils, paper cones, wood enclosures, injection molding facilities and more.
